By booking or participating in coaching sessions with Delivering PE, you agree to the following terms:

• All participants take part in coaching sessions at their own risk.
• Participants should inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or other information that may affect their ability to safely participate.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected on time where applicable.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the booking terms provided.
• Cancellations should be made with as much notice as possible. Refunds or credits are provided at our discretion or in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to adverse weather, illness, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Appropriate behaviour is expected from all participants. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or abusive.
• Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Permission will always be sought where required, and you may opt out at any time.
• We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to coaching sessions.
